    IICA is an institute under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for training and research in corporate affairs.

    Scope and powers

    IICA maintains the Independent Directors' Databank, in which independent directors must register, and runs the online proficiency self-assessment test. It also offers training on CSR, ESG and board practice.
