Allocation report

    ESG & Governance

A regular report showing how much of a labelled bond's or deposit's money has been spent, on which projects or categories, and how much remains unallocated.

A useful allocation report lists amounts by project or category, separates new financing from refinancing, and shows where unspent money is parked. India's Department of Economic Affairs, for example, publishes yearly allocation reports for sovereign green bonds. SEBI requires listed green bond issuers to report the use of proceeds in their annual reports.
