NOx (nitrogen oxides)
ESG & GovernanceAir pollutants formed when fuels are burned at high temperatures, in vehicles, power plants and industrial furnaces.
NOx contributes to smog, ground-level ozone and fine particles, and harms lung health. Power plants, cement kilns, steel plants and diesel vehicles are major sources.
